Balmoral and her people were pleased to assist National Historic Ships UK Team on their visit to Bristol and the historic ships of the heritage harbour – by helping to announce their Awards during the visit. The film was released on their UTube video on Wednesday 19th November.

Friday 28th November – Lady Nade evening!

The brilliant Lady NADE singing, playing and hosting music on board; free entry (donations very welcome) with the bar open;
Doors: 7pm Music: 8–11pm.

Saturday 29th November – The Ceili House Band

The fantastically energetic CEILI HOUSE BAND will be again be rocking the ship’s bar on Saturday evening of 29th November!

Tuesday 2nd December

Balmoral’s Lounge Bar opens 7pm, talk begins 7.45pm.

Our Tuesday and Friday volunteer work days continue. If you would like to help please contact us through the website or at events@mvbalmoral.com. And our education partners are helping us seek “social volunteers” – to help “man the ship” for open days and events – contact Hugh through myfuturemychoice.co.uk

Wildlife spotting was sublime from the ship, porpoises, dolphins, seals, seabirds, stunning views of the Channel and islands, (Steep & Flat Holm) Exmoor Coast and the Great Hangman. Brass band playing, happy crew and passengers!
